Stamping press operator — Lincoln County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Lincoln County, Minnesota. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean. You should have: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Performance bonus on top of base pay.
