Join our team: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Roseau County, Minnesota. You should have: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training The role involves: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports Six days a week, one day off.
