Lathe programmer-operator • Hemphill County, Texas

Join our team: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Hemphill County, Texas. You will be based at a busy machine shop. You will run first-off inspection and sign off the part; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; load and index turning tools in the turret; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; write and edit G-code programs at the control. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
