Deboner — Adams County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Adams County, Ohio. You will work in a supermarket meat department. The role involves: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
