Now hiring: we are hiring a waitress in San Juan County, Colorado. Your main tasks: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Full-time, day shift.
