Machine operator — Northampton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator in Northampton County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Your main tasks: • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Set up and start the machine as per the job card 5+ years on the tools preferred.
