Cake decorator — Orange County

You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
