Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in Brule County, South Dakota. You will work in a bread factory. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
