Fine-dining server wanted in Cheboygan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Cheboygan County, Michigan. Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
