Waiter — Hodgeman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Hodgeman County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Six days a week, one day off. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
