Head baker wanted in Warren County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Warren County, Pennsylvania. Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $2,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
