CNC milling operator — Van Buren County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Van Buren County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
