Concrete labourer — Wamba

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Wamba, Nasarawa State. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers You will erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦280,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
