Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing On a typical shift you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
