Immediate opening: CNC mill setter-operator (Missouri)

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Warren County, Missouri. You will be based in a toolroom. Day-to-day duties: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines What we are looking for: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Six days a week, one day off.
