On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends.
