Confectioner — Zurmi

Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Zurmi, Zamfara State. You will be based at a busy bakery. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
