We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Nueces County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
