Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Brown County, Texas. The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Part-time with flexible hours.
