Surface coating operator — Douglas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Douglas County, Minnesota. You will work on an industrial coating line. Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
