Surface coating operator wanted in Hillsborough County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Hillsborough County, Florida. The job is on an industrial coating line. You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
