Crane operator — Muhlenberg County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane operator in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands What we are looking for: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Understanding of hand and radio signals 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
