Immediate opening: fabricator-welder (Oyo State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Ona Ara, Oyo State. You will work on a structural steel site. Requirements: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Day-to-day duties: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
