Catering cook — Falkirk

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Falkirk, Scotland. Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
