Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Oke Ero, Kwara State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. ₦120,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
