Immediate opening: commis chef (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Williamson County, Texas. Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
