QC technician — Scott County

The role involves calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. You should have: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
