Single needle operator — Little River County

Join our team: we are hiring a single needle operator in Little River County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy garment factory. Ideal candidate: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Day to day you will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
