Render and set plasterer • Sandamu, Katsina State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Sandamu, Katsina State. You will be based in an occupied house during renovation. Requirements: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Your main tasks: • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork 6+ years on the tools preferred.
