Oven operator — Monroe County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Monroe County, Wisconsin. You will work at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Rotating shifts.
