You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Rotating shifts. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
