Fine-dining server — Pitt County

What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Clear and reset tables between covers Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
