Pot washer — Chugach Census Area

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Chugach Census Area, Alaska. The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
