Coating plant operator wanted in Carbon County

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Carbon County, Utah. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
