Pipe lagger — Scotland County

Join our team: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Scotland County, Missouri. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. The role involves: • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
