Restaurant steward — Caddo Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On the job you will handle: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left 1+ years on the tools preferred.
