Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
