Power float operator • Marshall County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a power float operator in Marshall County, Kansas. You will be based at a ready-mix concrete plant. The role involves lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
