You will change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
