Prep cook — Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Washington County, Kentucky. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 1+ years on the tools preferred.
