Single needle operator — Nash County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a single needle operator in Nash County, North Carolina. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. On the job you will handle: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension Ideal candidate: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
