Panel technician • Frederick County, Maryland

Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel technician in Frederick County, Maryland. On the job you will handle: • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place Requirements: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Overtime paid at a premium rate.
