Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Noble County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Six days a week, one day off.
