Great opportunity: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Meade County, Kansas. You will work in a sampling and tailoring workshop. You will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
