Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Weakley County, Tennessee. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
