Prep cook — Gwale

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Gwale, Kano State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
