Bread baker wanted in Clinton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Clinton County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
