Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
