Hydraulic press operator — Cheatham County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Cheatham County, Tennessee. The role involves deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts. You should have: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Performance bonus on top of base pay.
