Urgent requirement: paint booth operator (Florida)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Polk County, Florida. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 4+ years on the tools preferred.
